  • Do you only ship within Germany (Federal Republic of Germany)?

    • Yes! 


  • Can I only order from you as a private end user?

    • Yes!


  • Wie lange beträgt die Lieferzeit? 

    • We usually ship your order within 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment.


  • Where is my order / how can I track it?

    • When we have shipped your order you should have receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Sometimes this email ends up in the spam folder, so be sure to check there if you feel like you've waited a little too long.
    • You can also log into your account and click on the relevant order to view the status.
    • Please note that it can take sometimes a day or two for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. If your order doesn't appear to be moving, chances are it's on the way!


  • My order still hasn't arrived after a week, what can I do?

    • Oh no! But your order will definitely arrive soon. Our carriers work independently of us, but together with you we should find your order. If it's been marked as delivered and it's only been a day, stay calm! Sometimes the carriers scan packages before it reaches the recipient. It will be with you shortly.
    • If the tracking has not been updated for an unusually long time, or has never been updated since it was created, your order could be lost during transit. Please issue a complain to the carrier. If there is no result after two weeks, please let us know and we will try to help you.
    • If the delivery address was a temporary location, unfortunately we cannot be liable for it.


  • My favorite product is not in stock or is not available from you, when will it be available?

    • We try to keep our stock levels as high as possible. However, from time to time we may run out of stock of a particular product. If one of our products is out of stock, please send us a message and we will let you know when you can order it again.
